- FeetCalm Academy is an educational portal for foot-care professionals. Part of the content is free; full access requires a subscription: CZK 169 / month or CZK 1,690 / year (≈ €6.90 / €69, final prices). An account is created by registration (name, e-mail, country).
- Registration also creates a customer account at eshop.pluspronohy.cz and in the Plus Pro Nohy app (same login credentials).
- Lesson content serves education in cosmetic foot care; it does not replace medical education or medical advice.
- Completing quizzes may earn the user a certificate and possibly a discount voucher for the e-shop.
- Redistributing the content, misusing the portal, or disrupting its operation is prohibited.
Subscription and payments
Online payments are processed for us by the Comgate payment gateway. The provider, Comgate, a.s., Gočárova třída 1754/48b, 500 02 Hradec Králové, Company ID 27924505, is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. You can pay by card (Visa / Mastercard — card details are entered in the secure gateway and the payment is processed immediately) or by bank payment button (redirect to your online banking with a pre-filled order). The subscription does not renew automatically. By accessing the digital content you consent to performance starting before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. Privacy Policy
The data controller is Plus Pro Nohy s.r.o. We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data we process
- Account: name, e-mail, country (and password in secured form).
- Learning: lesson progress, quiz results, issued certificates (name on certificate, number, date).
- AI chat: questions asked to the on-site advisor — used solely to answer them.
- Technical data: standard operational logs necessary for security and service operation.
2. Purposes and legal basis
Providing lessons, evaluating quizzes and issuing certificates (performance of contract), creating the linked e-shop account (performance of contract), notifications about new lessons (legitimate interest — you can opt out), compliance with legal obligations.
3. Sub-processors
- Hetzner Online GmbH — server infrastructure in the EU (Germany/Finland).
- Google Ireland Ltd. — AI answers of the chat advisor (Gemini API).
4. Retention and your rights
Data is kept for as long as your account exists, then deleted (issued certificates are kept on record for verification). You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection — write to info@pluspronohy.cz. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (CZ: uoou.gov.cz, SK: dataprotection.gov.sk, PL: uodo.gov.pl — or the authority of your country).
